I'm guessing... - More dangerous because of altered humor results in "trigger-happy" whem it comes to shooting fireballs. - Less dangerous because temporary ability penalty results in the lack of ability to cast spells properly. Adding things up we get the "marginally less dangerous"... at least until the drunk wizard remembers he has wands
